Lauren has spent nearly two decades in finance and fintech space, specializing in working with both institutional investors and private wealth clients, including Wirehouses, Broker-Dealers, Private Banks, RIAs, and Family Offices, as they navigate alternative investments. She has spent her career with a focus and passion for delivering a best-in-class client and investor experience. Her expertise spans fundraising support, investor communications, operational infrastructure (CRMs, investor portals, service provider selection, investor inquiry management), fund structuring, investor onboarding.

In 2024, Lauren founded Sandbridge Lane, where she brings experience with institutional and retail investors together to help clients optimize their investor and customer relations.

Prior to founding Sandbridge Lane, Lauren was at iCapital, a global fintech platform focused on expanding access to alternative investments in the wealth management industry. Joining the firm in 2016 as an early member of the firm and Investor Relations team, she later became Head of the Investor Relations group, which she grew to 50+ individuals across offices in North America, Europe, and Asia.

Before iCapital, Lauren worked at King Street Capital Management, a leading global asset manager, where she was part of the Investor Relations team serving institutional clients. She began her career in the research industry with roles at Sanford C. Bernstein and Primary Insight.

Lauren holds a degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
